Ingredients
- 7 Yukon Gold Potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 3 14.5 oz cans French Style green beans undrained
- 1 32 oz carton chicken broth
- 1 polish sausage cut into quarters
- 3-4 tbsp Better Than Bouillon or 3-4 cubes of chicken bouillon
- dash salt
- dash pepper

Instructions
- Put ingredients in the instant pot in this order--do not stir.
- Green Beans Potatoes Polish Sausage Onion Chicken broth, salt, pepper, Boullion
- Make sure vent is on sealing. Press Manual twice. Set the time for 22 minutes.
- After 22 minutes are done, let it self-release for 10-15 minutes.
- Release all pressure from the instant pot.Open, stir, and serve.
Recipe Notes
This soup is Maverick's favorite meal. He eats more of it than I do. We are making it a tradition to cook this on his birthday every year, and he loves it in between too.
It warms up for leftovers very well, just put it in a pot on the stove and heat it up.
